Greater Chicago Food Depository – Warehouse Repack Shift

The Greater Chicago Food Depository distributes food to over 700 partner agencies across Cook County. Warehouse volunteer shifts at their facility on Ann Lurie Place involve repacking bulk products into family-sized portions, sorting food donations, and gleaning fresh produce. Sessions run 2.5 hours and volunteers have packed thousands of pounds of food per shift. Register in advance — walk-ins not accepted.
