Join Surfrider Foundation's San Diego chapter for their monthly beach cleanup at Ocean Beach, held the first Saturday of every month. Volunteers walk the beach collecting litter and recording data on pollution sources using the Surfrider data collection app. Cleanups run about two hours and wrap up in time for a surf or brunch. All cleanup supplies provided — just bring your enthusiasm.
